I read,i see,i remember,i dream and i no speak

from last month till now ,i read again and again the ΕΓΧΕΙΡΙΔΙΟΝ(hand book) of Epictetus. an early christian years but rooted to the ancient greek thought philosopher.A great book with small thoughts and in short texts but full of bitter wisdom.
i share a couple of them:
α) It is the action of an uninstructed person to reproach others for his own misfortune; of one entering instruction, to reproach himself; and one perfectly instructed, to reproach neither others nor himself.
β)There is only one way to happiness and that is to cease worrying about things which are beyond the power of our will.
